It is private not for profit (pnfp) organization and is under the umbrella of Uganda protestant Medical Bureau. The school of Nursing through the leadership of Sr. Kim Chon Young began the training of Nursing Assistant, Midwifery Assistants and community Health Assistants in 1987.
In October 1992 the school was accredited by Uganda Nurses in may 1993 where Driciru Monica Efia the current principal happened to be in the group of the pioneers for the certificate in nursing. In 2004 the training of certificate in comprehensive Nurses commenced.
On 29th June 2015, Kuluva School of Nursing and Midwifery was formally accredited by Ministry of Education and Sports to train Diploma and Certificate Programs Examined by Uganda Nurses and Midwives Examinations Board (UNMEB) . Read More…
